9Rectal bleeding
This could also be a telltale sign of stomach cancer and severe stomach problems. Blood in the stool is a sign that everything in and around your intestine isn’t okay.
Sometimes as the tumor grows, it may press on the surrounding blood vessels, penetrate them, and cause bleeding.
Some of the blood might be detected in the stool. The gastric bypass would be considered a solution if you got gastric cancer.
When the stomach or its lining may be bleeding, this blood can often drain from this area into bowel movements, which can take on almost a black coloring.
Now, the stool can also take on a darker hue if a person’s diet is rich in iron, or if they are taking iron supplements, so this is not always a direct indicator of stomach cancer.
